They were very busy but very attentive to everyone's needs. They have a great selection and understood me very well when I said I want my daughter's dress BIG!
Worst experience ever. After being lied to our face about my sisters dress they insult her by telling her they don't have a dress her size. And after promising her a beautiful dress, they push the final date about three to four times. And when she finally tries It on, the dress seemed like it was made in less that a day. The dress was hidious! I would say their customer service was terrible, 1 for lying and 2 for give a dress that was already completely paid for in less than 6 months. I came to Esmeralda Bridal after a very bad experience with a dress I previously had gotten for my quinceañera, but thankfully Esmeralda Bridal was able to create a dress that was absolutely stunning. With the help of them I was able to have a dress that I was absolutely in love with.
