Made appointment dates impossible and fixes were months away making any progress physically impossible. Overbooked schedule and greed made this practice a horrible experience and could lead to dental harm.
He does his work well
I took both of my daughters to Dr Esmay. Could not have been happier with the quality of work, and the high level of work and professionalism.
I might as well have gotten my teeth done in a dungeon. The secretary is the most miserable lady I have ever met and the work done is terrible. Not only is Dr Esmay himself really weird but he does terrible work. He left a spacer in my gums for 14 months. I had swollen and red gums and it came out all bloody after the DENTIST removed it. I've been going there for 10 years now, starting when I was 11, and I've always had nothing but a good experience with Dr. Esmay. The counter staff are sometimes very unpleasant, but rarely.
