Lisa Eskridge is the best vet I could have ever had. She was with me and my gram the whole way. I even went to school with her daughter. Lisa has taught me a few things along the way. Dr. Eskridge has cared for several of my animals. Tonight, we had to put our beloved puppy to sleep. Dr. Eskridge was so kind, compassionate and composed. It was incredibly hard to say goodbye, but I know Dr. Eskridge did every thing she could for my pup. I have never met a vet more thorough, knowledgeable, or compassionate. I will always take my animals to see Dr. Eskridge.
Lisa is absolutely wonderful with animals! I took my dog there recently for some vague symptoms he was experiencing. After listening to everything I had to say, she knew right away what to look for. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she also truly cares about the animals. She spent extra time with my dog, making sure he was comfortable. She is a great vet.
Many thanks to Dr. Eskridge and her staff. Our family pet escaped from our back yard this morning and was hit by a car. You and your staff did an awesome job making sure that he got the treatment and care that he needed. We can't thank you enough for your services
So here is my story. I had two dogs neutered and they were fine, everything went smoothly. Then I have my little female, she had a lump on her tail removed and it was stitched up. She left it alone and everything was fine until yesterday. She had tried to pull her stitches out. I am about 30 min past when the clinic closes and so I try calling the emergency number. The place stinks so does the customer service. I'm not sure why anyone would feel comfortable allowing their animals to be seen there.
If I could give negitive stars I would so let me tell you what happened. I had a dog who became very sick. I took her into the clinic and the vet flat out told me it was my fault because I didnt give her her shots soon enough. (My dog was basically laying there dying) Then she tells me that I can leave her there and that if I cant afford to pay the bill for her treatment when she is better that she can rehouse her. When you walk in, take a deep whiff! Do you want your pet in that assault on the nose? The staff is unfriendly no matter how nice you are to them. They seem to be mainly horse-focused.
There has been several occasions where I have brought my friends pet to this clinic. I would never bring my own animals there, I have too much respect for my animals! I have called the emergency number late at night when something very bad things have happened to my friends animals. They never answer their emergency number and by time they do get back to you it's 3pm the next day.
