Nice new building and a great team to work with.
Yesterday was our third purchase with Eskridge. Hal, in sales, was so easy and friendly to work with. Brandon, with finance, made the process a breeze. There was zero pressure. We will definitely continue to purchase from them!
Terrible customer service in the service department, they ignore you, no one offers to help you, they treat you like you're not buying anything, and they weren't busy they were all just talking and I was there for 15 minutes and no one came to ask if I needed help, they totally ignore people
Getting oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was at 9:30 am. Current time is 12:56 pm. Just told they are now starting on the vehicle. Not cool Eskridge
Bought an HRV from them years ago. First class organization, great prices and very easy to work with. It’s a shame they don’t have an Acura dealership here. That’s a move I think they should make.
