Dr. Fontes is a great surgeon, but he needs a far better staff to support him! I don't know why his assistant, Ms. Bren, hates me so much! I'm Type 1 Diabetic since 1963 and I've been in a wheelchair waiting for hip replacement surgery while being attended to by home health care. Ms Bren has ignored my phone messages, and when I finally get hold of her, she's extremely rude! I've got witnesses who've heard her get nasty! As I drove away from my appointment today, I realized that I have never, ever been treated so rudely, so condescendingly, or without a single ounce of concern whatsoever by any doctor in my 60 years. not only that, but I was accused of being “on something” WHAT😳 I am a grandmother, a non-smoker, a non-drinker and a very health oriented person who has been an athlete all my life, and do you think he asked me anything about myself before so rudely interjecting his opinion about me as a person?
