I had called Eskew Electric mainly because I had concerns about a hot neutral on an outlet that had never been usable. My assigned electrician, Alden, was very responsive, highly professional, and quite knowledgeable. He quickly identified and resolved the issue, and now I have working outlet in my hallway for the first time in six years! Tanner was amazing! We were in such a panic and he put us at ease with his calm and reassuring demeanor. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience(especially because we were expecting it to be an ordeal) but it went smoothly and was painless! I would recommend these guys any day! Tanner came through in a pinch(after hours) and helped us solve our issues! Thanks yall!
Alden came by and very quickly diagnosed the problem for us - we will get the motor replaced for our family room ceiling fan (72" Prairie) through the manufacturer warranty. He was very professional, organized and clearly knew what he was doing!!
I had the greatest customer service by Tanner. My garage outlets were not working and I have 2 refrigerators in the garage. I contacted Eskew Electric and Tanner was here within an hour. Tanner educated me on many questions that I had and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and has a very kind soul. I will definitely call Eskew again soon. I have an upcoming project and from meeting Tanner today I know I will receive quality work and a great price. Thank you Tanner for being my hero today!
