Most of the staff is friendly. Takes a while to get to patients room when called..sometimes. Doesn't communicate with family very well on the Care Plan... and wants to discharge patient before they're ready. Stay close to your elderly mother or father who is in there. Be their advocate!!.

I'm very grateful to be working with a team of experienced volunteer chaplains responding daily to the emotional and spiritual needs of Eskaton Greenhaven residents, patients, and staff. In an era of growing interest in "whole person" healthcare, it is encouraging to be part of a non-sectarian nonprofit which acknowledges the spiritual and emotional as well as medical and psychosocial needs of our beloved residents and patients, regardless of denomination or creed. I've only been here since Friday and have a couple of more weeks to go. Am really satisfied with just about everything. Biggest complaint is slow response to service call button and asking for things I need that never get delivered. I've had experience here before so know it is basically a very caring place.

I cant begin to express my gratitude to all of the staff for the care given to my dad. Their friendly and caring attitude has made his stay much more pleasant and comfortable than what could have been. Knowing he's in good hands has allowed both my dad and I to relax and focus on his recovery. Thank You to all of the staff.
