I found the room comfortable enough for one night. It was clean and had what we needed……bed, shower, commode and sink. The location was perfect for our purpose. A walk across the street to the venue for a wedding was much appreciated. The person who checked us in appeared kind. His command of the English language was sufficient to complete the transaction. I stayed at their hotel, and was harassed by the staff. We stayed for a funeral/celebration of life for a dear friend, but because we didn’t want room cleaning services the general manager said we could be “hiding a dead body” in our room. It was derogatory to say the least. I have my confirmation of my stay, and details about this interaction recorded. Do not trust these people.
A truly bizarre and unprecedented encounter with the staff at the design hotel has completely ruined mine and my fiance's stay. After simply declining a full room cleaning in lieu of a towel exchange on a rainy day the hotel manager Mariana Senra forced herself into our room when we asked for privacy, gawked at me at a state of undressed, accused us of murder, and finally, despite forcibly inserting herself into our room, STILL was somehow not satisfied with her ability to access our room and demanded additional room inspect... read more
