Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Was this dentist's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Was this provider's office clean? It could have used some cleaning Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Something has changed. In the past this dentist has always been helpful. Although rough handed and stern, she has been cleaning and checking my kids teeth for a few years. Being that this was the only dentist in town that took our insurance I had to settle. Recently, my daughter knocked out her teeth in the front, I call the dentist but she could not help because she was going out of town. She had no referral office to send me to. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Somewhat, it was kind of uncomfortable

Yes, it was convenient Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
