UPDATE: I had an issue with ESI which I initially blamed ESI for. But their team reached out, stood their ground, and ultimately demonstrated their professionalism. And for the record, ESI was right and it was not their responsibility. Nonetheless, their team held fast and acted professionally. I recommend hiring them but not if you like to cut corners or hire non-reputable subs...
