Ran out of fuel oil at 3:00 in the morning on a very cold night. I waited until 8:00 am to call customer service. They were very pleasant and understanding. Had fuel oil delivered in a couple of hours. Immediately had a service technician there to restart my furnace. I just moved here last summer. Eshenaur came highly recommended by my neighbors. They have definitely lived up to there excellent reputation.
The worst company I have ever had to deal with! Very rude and unprofessional! I asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on! Prices are the highest in the area! I would not recommend these people at all!!!
Now days it's hard to find a contractor to do the job. I schedule to have heater elements to be install and there knowledgeable tech found out it was a fuse box breaker that looked " OK " but tested " NO " current through the beaker. The price was reasonable compared to " another plumbing company " that quoted me the heater element replacement 4 times the price... I would call them anytime for service....
I want to thank Eshenaur and Son for their timely response and great experience. Woke up to a really cold home just before the winter storm. Eshenaur responded very quickly that day. While they didn’t have the part on hand, the part was ordered. After the winter storm, the front office and service department were quick to respond to my phone call.
