We had our furnace serviced in June. We started using our oil furnace again due to the cold temperatures. My husband was downstairs moving things around when he noticed the flue (pipe that connects from the furnace to the chimney) was never attached back to the furnace. We had to use the emergency line due to this going unnoticed for so long (due to this being in a part of the house we don’t go to often). The Eshenaur's technician who came to service our min-split system was pleasant and thorough. He informed us about the performance of our units which was really helpful.
The gentleman that came out to check for gas leaks were thorough and polite!
