I called this office and set up an appointment for extraction my tooth. Was so glad that they had an available spot in 2 days, for whole day. Other offices was really busy and couldn’t get any appointments earlier. It made me kinda nervous because usually good Doctors are very busy but I was in a lot of pain and had no choice. I recently had to have a tooth pulled. It was at the jaw. I was really scared since the last time I had a tooth pulled I was in my 20s. Dr. Arora was so calming and explained what he needed to do. I felt NOTHING. It was amazing. I almost wanted to have more pulled - just kidding. His staff is excellent. If you are scared to have a tooth pulled I high recommend Dr. Arora. Margaret Burns
Dr Arora could care less about you being in pain after the second surgery for a broken jaw because he left a loose flap of skin that kept getting infected he gave tramadol then didn't ever respond to my messages. His office staff is so incompetent that the don't even know how to send a fax. This joke of an operation gets no stars but that wasn't an option. Horrible experience from start to finish extremely unprofessional!!!!
I have never felt more like a transaction than my visit with Dr. Arora. The entire visit I did not feel heard. Dr. Arora didn't even close the door when he was talking to me. I will go somewhere else that shows they care more about the patient than the copay.
