Office has gone way downhill. Was dropped from insurance carriers and never bothered to tell his patients. He never returns after hours calls. Staff constantly covers for him - one minute they say he is sick and cannot answer calls, the next they say he is seeing patients. Takes weeks to have a simple prescription refilled with multiple phone calls from myself as well as my pharmacy. And now have found out he is not allowed to even prescribe certain medications for at least six months. I believe he may be suspended because h... read more
Totally incompetent staff. They never remember to turn on their phones in the morning so it is impossible to get through to the doctor. I once waited 3 hours for an appointment for a physical and I was his first appointment of the day. He didn't know I was there and didn't realize my appt. was at 8:00, he thought it was at 8:30. Which would still make him 2 and a half hours late. I am looking for another doctor right now. I would give no stars if that were an option!
