I became a new patient in October, 2023. I've received a letter today stating that Dr. Bek is retiring!!! WTH!! I am in shock! No heads up, nothing!! I just spoke with Tonia, the nurse practitioner, and was never told about my PCP leaving!! I am in the process of life changing health decisions, and I feel betrayed!! My wife and I have been patients at vip care for approx. Two + years, we always receive the very best care. Her office is run with a professional manner and the staff are very caring and helpful. Dr Bek is very thorough and is mindful of each person's situation. I am thankful for the care that this office offers.
I am a patient of hers and I have covid, I went to the hospital and they sent me home cause they have no beds , I’m sick and feel helpless. Dr. Bek’s staff has been calling me and has helped me when I feel so sick and alone. It’s just nice to see they care even when I’ve called my specialist so many times and they don’t even call me back. I know all medical professionals are busy during thing hard time but I’m so grateful they are here to help me .
Horrible non caring, non compassionate doctor. 4 masks, face shield, stays a mile away, afraid to touch you. Have to sit in your car until appointed time, then they call you in. Worse experience with a doctor in my life. Beware.
Awful , dr. Stood ten feet from me read off a sheet of paper wouldn’t touch me and then proceeded to ask me about her problems with her hair by I do hair ! Then never sent any records screwed up every test or order needed ! Stay clear .
