ESD Solar Customer Service is horrible. Representatives on the phone are polite and courteous, but there is zero follow through on reported issues. When I called in October 2024 to report an issues, was told I had to pay $257.75 to have them come out to check if the problem with the box was under warranty, If it was a warranty issue, they would refund the charge. What's so funny about these people is the fact i didn't talk to them until 10/02/24. After 2 weeks dealing with them said i didn't want any thing to do with them. Today i got a text and email from them stating i owed them $1,295.00 this was dated 9/30/24. Straight out theft get biil due before even talking to them

This is the worst solar company on the planet. First off they figured out where to put the solar panels via google earth. Well low and behold my neighbors don't take care of their trees on the left hand side of my house, so they block some of my roof. So when they came to install them, they can see the trees are there and installed the panels anyway. Well the solar wasn't producing enough, so they added more panels to my roof. This is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with, and the manager Olivia is completely worthless! Our project has been going on for 15 months and we are still not online. Olivia is like a kindergarten that just nods her head and accomplishes nothing, you might as well be talking to your pet! Five failed inspections, and one where the tech was a sleep in his van while the city inspector failed the inspection, I had to call the office and tell them their tech was sleeping and we fail yet again! I cannot recommend ESD Solar. This has to be the most unprofessional, incompetent business I have ever dealt with in my life. The owners (Nancy & Jared Yagmin) and staff make promises they do not keep, everything from scheduling installation, to someone will call you back, to the size of the solar system agreed upon is not what you paid for, to removing the construction lien placed on your home after they have been paid. That I will be talking about this wicked people at this point is a disgrace and shows how badly and fraudulently your work and company operate. I just got another bill of $381.74 after installing your solar panel, meaning I am paying more now than when I had not installed the rubbish solar panel on my roof. Please, you have to take this fraudulent panel off my roof. I am paying more than $700 just for electricity and gas.
