Being someone who has been in the industry for over 15 years and maintain relationships with several title companies, I feel it necessary to provide a warning to all Lenders, Brokers, and Real Estate agents giving The Spectrum Escrow a shot. I had a very easy transaction that should have been closed fairly quickly. They stared off ok but once closing on the purchase they really dropped the ball. Could not recommend this company, parts of the process went great but when it came to the transfer of funds it was a mess. After several days of telling me they needed the correct/additional information it turned out that the information that had been provided a week earlier was exactly what they needed. When I asked how this could happen the answer was I don't know but glad we can get you the money now.
