We've worked with Pam and Theresa for a few years now. We borrowed private money for some property (paid back via Escrow Specialists) and they have been excellent at every step! It's a slick system. I don't have to worry about making a check for our mortgage, it just goes to Escrow Specialists, then they transfer the funds to the private lender. Taxes are accounted for and everything. My property taxes have not been paid and are now delinquent. Notified Ms. Sasser of this a week ago and they are still not paid. Tried to call her today to discover why they were not paid yet and she is not in and the secretary cannot get a hold of her. Sasser, your fired!!!!!
