Fairly new, very cool spot for great Mexican food in Santa Fe. Fernando has a beautiful life turn around story to boot. Muey Bueno.
Top-notch ambiance - immaculate, sparkling, mood lit, comfortable. Food is PHENOMENAL! Mazcal is their thing - it's something special, not tequila. Bartenders are EXTREMELY knowledgeable on the VAST selection and provide recommendations at any price point.
Quality is hit or miss.
I had the mahi tacos and they were good. My wife had "The dish that beat Bobbly Flay" and she said it was flavorful. The restaurant itself was nicely decorated. One thing that could be proactively solved is having the little fans at every table. We asked for a fan because there were quite a bit of flies trying to get at our food. Our server was pleasant and attentive.
