I reached out late on New Year's Eve following a suggestion from our association's emergency maintenance individual. Nicolas showed up to resolve a water damage issue caused by a blocked kitchen drain and did an exceptional job! The blockage is completely cleared now, faster than it has been in years, and I was taken aback by his meticulousness and thoughtfulness.
