One of the worse mental health facilities I have yet been apart of. They do not put patients first. They do not return urgent calls. I have left several voices mails and messages with call center agents. Also had a call center agent hang up in my fave by the name of Anthony. Beware before choosing them as your counseling center. I have been trying to file a complaint and since no one seems to be able to help me this is the next best thing.
Everyone was very respectful and professional. The Dr that I saw. Went above and beyond.....Thanks again for the positive experience.
