The whole staff at ECC is awesome! Logan was our salesman, and he was so patient as we came in at least 4 different occasions looking for a vehicle. The parts department (Gaby) was so helpful with us in picking rims and tires that would upgrade our ATV, as well as the service department doing the install. The finance guy (Bo) was personable, and made the process easy. ECC has earned customers for life, as we will now bring all our bikes, quads, and ATV in for service to ECC! Went in to purchase a 110 for our daughters birthday and financed the bike. The loan guy snuck in a $699 extended warranty contract without asking us or even telling us we were adding it on to our loan. Didn’t think we would be scammed in or suckered into an optional package that we were not told about because we trusted this guy. Doesn’t matter how big or small the purchase is always read the contracts because you will be made a fool like us for trusting to have the best service.
