I have never been so scared in my life then living in this drug infested hell hole. It is very unsafe for anyone who is White. Elderly. Now that I know what a safe apartment is. I can look back at all I went through here and I am so grateful to get out alive. Please be careful. Lots of drug trade done openly. And lots of homeless wander the apartment. They allow the kids to kill the cats. Truly. This was the worst experience in my life! shameful.
