John and Nick came to evaluate and prepare our air conditioning unit for the coming season and did a very good job. They were friendly and did good work. We have used ESCO for furnace and air conditioning service for over 20 years and always found them fair and efficient. If they do something I don't feel is right I tell them. They quoted us $250 per hour plus parts to help us track where the pipes run in an older home. I found that the tracking/imaging equipment is cheaper than one hour of their service and it is very easy to do. They are the most expensive out of all the quotes. This was their home show special too.

After being told that our furnace was condemned for unsafe carbon monoxide levels by ESCO, I contacted our home warranty company and paid the $65.00 deductible only to be told by two other separate contractors that our system is completely fine. So while the technicians were friendly, I don't feel they were very ethical. Their scare tactics (continually bringing up the safety of my children, etc.) were dishonest and seem to be very likely connected with a bonus or commission for swindling me. My 93 year old mother moved from her home and ESCO service did not take care of her needs. Unfortunate!!!
