I spent almost 42 years here, designing products, processes and optimizing quality. I was happy and ESCO provided me a secure and fulfilling career. Changes in the company made my decision to retire last year easy. ESCO will decline and rebound. It has for 100 years, on a 10 year cycle. Now it is in a new phase. They make very good products also.
