Kevin helped us sell our house in Eau Claire. He's tough and tells you what needs fixing but so worth it. We sold within a week for a price we were very happy with. He then searched with us for 8 months to find our current house 45 min outside of Eau Claire. I'm sure we were super annoying as we were looking for something very specific with a meager budget, but he stuck with us, was very helpful and we absolutely love our little old farmhouse.

We had to sell my Aunt's house after she passed away. We spoke with Realtors from a few different agencies about listing the house. Kevin was, by far, the easiest to talk to and seemed the most genuine. He was great to work with, offered several ideas that helped and in less than two weeks we had an offer we were very happy with. The communication was good all throughout the process, with Kevin's help everything went well and easier than expected right through to closing.

Kevin did a great job helping my wife and I buy our 1st house. He helped us understand what we had to do and he was able to get us showing for houses that we wanted. Even after closing he helped us out with some issues. I can’t say enough about him. It’s been just under a year and still hand out his cards and highly recommend him
