The artisan/repair tech and her receptionist were absolutely great! They greeted me sincerely, handled my repair with care,and were able to get the repair done in perfect timing. They also cleaned my jewelry for repair after the work was complete. I've not seen my piece shine and sparkle so stunningly since I cannot remember when! I give Esch Studio FIVE STARS and highly recommend their work. The repair was also affordable. 💓

“It’s beautiful!” Sounds like an expected response, but it really captures the results of Donna’s patience as she worked with my husband and I on the reset and updated design for my engagement ring and contoured wedding bands. She and Elizabeth were supportive of incorporating diamonds from other pieces and talking through our goals. The end product really was our vision brought to life!
