Went to the fade room with Oakland for my child. He was told not to touch the hair on the back. Just sides and front. . He cut a whole layer off the back and chopped a section and tried to cover it. Then he took a video of child and posted it publicly without the parents consent. Didn’t even ask. Child has been growing the back out for over a year since a particularly significant life event.
My stylist Hannah is FANTASTIC however, the salon has a strange policy I've never experienced in any salon before. They make you sign a waiver before having any services. I suppose it's required by their insurance company, and I willingly signed it, but I think it's strange. Oh well, I'm very happy to go back and get my hair done by Hannah!
My stylist just moved here from an open concept salon. This salon is made up of mini suites that are well designed and beautifully decorated. Hillary is my stylist and I followed her here because she is awesome! Hillary always tries to accommodate me on my erratic schedule and she does a wonderful job with color and cut. If you want a caring, talented hair technician, ask for Hillary!
Graceful beauty is the best place in Billings for waxing. Her work is perfect!
I’ve only had my hair done here a handful of times and the last time I was in I was really disappointed. The pricing is significantly higher than I’ve ever paid and the results are just okay. The stylist I’ve gone to along with other hair stylists here double or even triple book appointments, making even short appointments take hours.
