RecommendedMy partner and I recently purchased a home that came with a pool, which had not been taken care of for well over a year. We contacted Escapes & More and they did a phenomenal job cleaning the pool and getting it back up and running. Not only did they do a great job, but they finished the job rather quickly! I would give them a 10 star rating if I could! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Escapes & More for any of your pool needs!
Very unprofessional. We hired them to clean our pool. We told them what pool we had. The guy came, cleaned 1/4 of it in 30 minutes then left. He did not even tell us he was leaving or what was going on. Once I finally got in touch with someone, I was informed that their vacuum system couldn’t clean our type of pool. I wouldn’t be so frustrated if they had simply taken the time to call and explain, or explain before just leaving without finishing the job. My husband and I purchased a hot tub from here recently. The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable. We had never owned a hot tub so we had tons of questions, but they spent a lot of time answering each one. We were able to customize our hot tub just the way we wanted (color, seating arrangement, etc). It was delivered by their staff and all of the chemicals were completely explained to us and how/when to use them. Then shortly thereafter, their electrician came and hooked it up. Converted our fireplace to gas logs.Escapes & More did a great job,from custom metal work,painting the fire box and surround, to installing the logs. We couldn’t be happier with our “new” fireplace.
I've been a Customer for 4 yrs now for my above ground pool. My first years of pool maintenance were trial and error but the employees of Escapes and More were Very Patient with me and continued to provide me with helpful tips, insight and guidance to maintain a healthy pool...
