I was a walk-in today and my experience was not good. The package was a body massage and a facial and once I arrived, I asked the guy at the front if I could have a woman to do my massage and he told me I would have Julie to do the massage and that she is the best. Service was impeccable. Only problem was language barrier but they use phones for communication.
Made an appointment for a couples massage for 6:30 p.m. on valentines day at arpund 3:30 p.m. Apparently they forgot to write our appointment down, booked another appointment after we called in for the exact same 6:30 p.m. slot for someone else, and told us they wouldn't honor our appointment even though we made our appointment first and insisted that they push us back to 7:30 p.m. Horrible customer service!
Always feel so relaxed after leaving here. Very friendly and professional and such a calming environment!
