First time going here, and I will never be back. There was not 1 customer in the salon & when I walked in and showed him what I wanted he said he couldn’t do that. & went on to tell me to go to another salon! I’ve never had someone who just simply said they wasn’t able to it. Needless to say this guy sucks balls & is the worst nail tech I’ve ever met. Super rude and I would not recommend anyone ever go to him. All I wanted was a color with some glitter added, how hard can it be?? Don’t even deserve 1 star in my opinion.
Today was my first and last time going to Escape Nails!!! Customer service sucks! As Emily was doing my nails, a customer came in, inquiring about the prices, and appointments. Emily yelled @ her rudely "Do you want an appointment or Not??? & kept yelling after the customer told her she was rude!! Beyond rude!!! I will NOT BE GOING BACK!
