I've tried to do a walk in now 4 times during business hours and everytime it isn't open or locked up. I'm not one that can always schedule an appointment so if it says opens at 10am I'd think someone should be there but no.
Sadly I had Escape do my make up/hair for my wedding last year. The reason I am leaving this negative review I reached out to the hairstylist several times to ask what went wrong on my wedding day, she has refused to answer. I also called and left a message at the front desk with no return call. I haven't sent her a message and I know it was read because she has an iPhone and it shows read.
