I've been going there since they opened and in all that time have only had two issues that they corrected without any argument. I've used all the techs at some point ang I'm pleased every time. Jeanne is my 1st choice but in punch anyone will do just as good.
I have going to this spa for at least 20 years. I just enjoy the people, and the atmosphere. Fiona is the best.
I've been going to Escape since they opened many years ago. I've have several different nail techs and have always had great service. Lynn has a awesome business and the staff always has a way of making me feel welcome and has always done their best to accommodate me. A huge shout out to Lynn and her staff!! I love my nails!!!
the woman I had for my pedi talked throughout the entire pedicure...I had to tell her 6 times I wasn't getting nails or eyebrows done....I love the salon and one of the other employees but this lady ruined it for me
