I went in looking for ski touring boots and Zo from the Whistler store and Carston from the Squamish store both took the time to make sure the boots were a suitable fit for me. I never felt pressured to make a purchase which is good considering what a big investment they are! James then came in and helped to heat mold the liners for me. Great friendly service. Thanks!
Very nice shop. Full of all kinds of mountain climbing gear. And back country camping gear. And jackets and rain gear, and gadgets. Back packs, and tents, and versatile cutlery and such. All things that I know Jack about. But you know what? The friendly young people that were working there didn't treat me like a yokel. I appreciate that. Good job! Great store to browse around. Even bougie campers will find a ton of things they'd love to have in their gear collection. Highly recommend
Went in to try on ski boots, already having an idea of what I was looking for. James and his staff were absolutely amazing! They were able to answer all my questions, or at least admit if they didn’t know the answer while offering to find someone that would. I never once felt pressured into buying a product, and was encouraged to take my time to think about my purchase, which meant a lot as this is a big purchase.
