Went yesterday with my mom and 4 strangers. We all had a great time and ended up solving the 50’s diner. I was skeptical as I’ve never done an escape room and wasn’t sure how it would go with a group of already established friends. It went well and we are looking forward to doing more in the future! The employee on duty was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. She seemed like she enjoyed her job and enhanced the experience.
I entered the medieval castle with my parents, my husband, and my son yesterday with a bit of hesitation. I wasn’t sure that we be able to figure out how to escape, or that we’d enjoy the process. I knew that I would enjoy the company, though, and I wanted to have the experience, so we tried it! It turns out that we all enjoyed the experience so much, and ended up escaping with a minute and 30 seconds to spare! :-) Now, we have two more rooms to conquer…

Seems it would be better to go with a group of friends. We went as a couple. There was a group of 4 friends in our group who were determined to "beat the clock" and seemed experienced with escape rooms. For me, this made the atmosphere very tense. A sharp metal object cut my hand, but the staff had no first aid supplies whatsoever. After washing it well in the bathroom, I stood watching the rest, holding a cheap paper towel on the cut.. One of the worst experiences I've had socially.

Not sure if you've played any of our games recently, but we noticed that your review is in reference to your visit with us in September 2016. We're happy to tell you that we do now have a first aid kit on site--thankfully we don't often have to use it, but we're glad to now have the tools to help when we do!
