I booked with them paid, money got taken out of my account instantly. I then called and was told they needed to check the room. Following a 30+ min wait i received another call saying they tried to close of that room due to the previous party deciding to extend. I was told the only option they have is to refund me and send me on my way. I am on a trip with my fellow Marines and we do not make much money so 900+ dollars missing puts us in not a comfortable position.
