I rushed into the salon in the middle of a heavy downpour, only to see the staff warmly welcoming me while constantly mopping the floor. Maybe they were being too meticulous, but I appreciated the cleanliness. They even handed me a towel to dry my hair. I loved how Kelly worked on my nails, so careful, trimming every little excess skin without any pain. I definitely want to come back with my friends.

I came in pretty late after work. I expected the staff to be exhausted and rushed by the end of the day, but Laura, my patient girl, proved me wrong. She’d rather work overtime than do a sloppy job. I got both gel nails and a pedicure, and she handled each nail with such care. I love Nina. I love Escape Nails!

I felt so relaxed with the soothing scents and light massage. I also got a gel manicure, and since I'm not very talkative, Nina was considerate enough to respect my silence. I was really impressed by her professionalism.
