They did an excellent job on my nails and my daughters nails. As a first time customer here and being We were walk ins, they were able to accommodate us in a very timely manner. Very friendly and thorough with service. A little pricy for my preference but overall very satisfied.
It's not fair the tech was not patient with my manicure she did whatever +! That's unfair even i expressed i was unsatisfied they don't care
Ok if I had zeroes to give I would this is HORRIBLE! I went there yesterday to get a full face wax like I do every 2 weeks. I went in and was told to wait I ask if mun was available the lady said no so Wendy came over and told me to go to the wax room which I did she came in & told me to wait she came in I said I was doing a full face wax she left and said she will get another girl to do it because she has an app, I waited some more she came back said her app cancel and drag the dirty paper over the bad told me to lay back t... read more
Owners need to acknowledge their customers. I have been going there for about 8 years and they still don't know who I am. I have my regular girls that I make appointments with. The one thing is that the girl who takes your appointments forgets to let them know that they have appointments and forgets to put it in the book thank God I have personal phone numbers for my nail technicians
Candy is the best!!! You bring her any picture design she will mimic what you want. Great conversation while I'm there.
