They were ready for me when I walked in, although I was later than my appointment. My pedicures are ALWAYS a HUGE HIGHLIGHT! The gentleman who does my feet always does a PHENOMENONAL JOB! Even if I wasn't going for other services (eyebrows and manicure), I'd still go for my feet. My feet and legs always fill AMAZING when I leave. Always clean. Great nail salon!
I have had bad experience here, I waited over 45 minutes because there was only one person there at 10 am. Finally 2 more employees arrived and they rushed through my nails leaving there I had to go home use a nail file to even out the edges of my nails. Very poor service!
Customer services is not good please don’t do business here.
I have been going to Apple Nails and felt that they were too expensive; so, I decided to try Escape Nails (much smaller salon=less overhead) to save money. It was a mistake. A gel pedicure/manicare w/3 tips cost me $115.00 + tip. The services were fine, though I did think the manicurist was a bit rough, but the salon is so outdated. The chairs are VERY old, no massage feature and no position adjustment (quite uncomfortable). I will go back to Apple Nails and enjoy the state-of-the-art equipment and mimosa :-) and maybe pay $... read more
