Escape Nails has been my go to nail salon for over a year now. I come once a month for nails and toes. I have my regular techs who I love but sometimes I will get a random nail tech. They have a good policy for fixing nails and good customer service. This time I got chrome nail polish over my gel, there was a lot wrong with my manicure (done by someone else not the girls I go to). I had gel polish all over my thumb and bumps under 4 of the nails. My sister is getting married this Sunday and we just stopped by. They were very busy, but very enthusiastic and accommodating. I highly recommend booking an appointment. Our nails looked amazing !!!

Only leaving two stars because my experience this time was vastly different than my first time. During my first visit to the salon, I was very happy with my service—was convinced I’d finally found a decent place to get my nails done, although I do doubt they are following proper sanitation protocols. I returned today and got a gel pedicure—it’s great-very happy with the service. I then was hoping to get a gel manicure and the nail tech nicked 3 of my cuticles and I was bleeding everywhere.
