I am really surprised about the low reviews listed here. I was not offered any type of incentive for leaving this review. I walked in needing a gel manicure and regular pedicure and they saw me right away. This place is huge. I was offered a complimentary beverage. I declined the alcohol but got a fruit infused water. They also brought out a cup of fresh fruit. Dennis was my nail tech and he was amazing. He was very careful and did good quality work. Everyone here smiled. I was here for a pedi and a refill. It cost 25 extra per service to get gel. My girl is nice, but doesn’t speak English and it is inconvenient to keep getting someone to interpret. She never cleaned out under the nails, so my real discolored nail is still there. It cost 145 and 25 tip on top. My fault for not complaining but that is just ridiculous for something that’s going to grow out in 3 weeks. Never again!
We have been coming for years and love the spa. However, I must be honest the new Light wands you have at the station are the wrong height and you’re uncomfortable looking through them to the technician you have to look under them and turn your head. It’s awkward. My husband comes here regularly for manicures as I do. He is good at interior decorating and knows what it takes to make something aesthetically pleasing.
