I went here and got my nail done here the other day. My first time here, I just moved to the area from Fremont. Staff were amazing and so patient. There was a weird occurrence though, they get a call and they can’t understand the customer so another customer try’s to translate. The lady calling yells “It”s Carolyn” and the customer trying to translate is trying to explain the situation. Luv Luv this place! Rose and her husband and all the girls and Billy are wonderful! They provide amazing customer service and really care about doing a great job! They make sure you are taken care of! Thank you!
I have now been here twice. The staff seem to know most customers by name and were very personable. Lee did my pedicure and Billy did my manicure. He was able to repair my broken nail, and I am thrilled with the results!!
Great friendly service. My pedicure was great and very relaxing. My daughter and I have been going there for years.
I’ve been going there since they opened. I’ve tried other places a few times over the years but this one is my comfort zone. I have a lot of options but never any upsell. They just provide my options when appropriate. The service is good, the techs are very experienced, it’s convenient, and I have no complaints. I pass another nail salon on my way to Escape and I’ve tried the other one. I appreciated Escape a little more after trying the other one.
