I guess it must be backordered along with the other half of the rugged radio. here's my original post. I'm not sure what happened to this place. They used to be great. I will never buy here again. There was zero customer service. There were cross threaded screws and loose parts on a brand new general. The rugged radio system doesn't work correctly. The best experience I have ever have had, I would recommend them.
Superior customer service! Quad in for a fuel pump.....I was out of town when it was finished and wanted the quad for a Sunday ride. They hauled the quad up to my house in Heber and put it in the garage for me so I could go on the Sunday ride when I go back. Where could you find a shop who would go to that length to help a customer!
Easiest buying experience yet! Thanks Escape! Can't wait to take our new toy this weekend.
If you want something that actually works when they're finished with "repairs," FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!
Not worth it, they need a new career path I don't know if the owners are bankrupt or skim off the top. The worst service. My bike sat and faded in the sun with battery dead. That was two years ago. I bet things haven't changed.
