We had a GREAT TIME. We did the Detective story. Shit was AWESOME. I recommend this to EVERYONE. You will not be disappointed!
Myself and three girlfriends visited NYC recently. None of us had any escape room experience. We didnt get out on our own but had more fun than the law allows.
My family (group of 6) came here to celebrate a birthday. We had lots of fun figuring out the puzzles. Even the mistakes were good. My daughter wants to come back for her birthday. I would recommend this to all. It's great fun and everyone can participate.
We loved escape the game. Staff was very friendly and she explained everything to us in details. We had a team of 6 family members, we played the detective story. It was A lot of fun we had a lot of laughs. Once we found the first clue we were on a roll, we had the evidence but we locked ourselves out of the box that needed to be open to let us out because we used to many attempts. It was a great time. I went with three friends and had an awesome time! I can't wait to come back and try all the rooms. The staffer running the desk was thrilled with how polite we were and how orderly we kept the room. The thing is, we were just acting normally and did as she asked regarding the items - don't pick up anything heavy, don't mess with anything that says 'don't touch', etc. What I'm saying is, DON'T BE A DICK TO THE STAFF. DON'T THROW THINGS EVERYWHERE. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU.
The was my first time experiencing an Escape Room. My aunt had prepped me enough for what to expect, but nothing could have prepared me enough for the fun I was about to have. From the challenging puzzles, to the incorporation of diligent teamwork, and of course the looming clock above to constantly remind you of the ever approaching deadline, we had a blast!
Great experience. We did the Detective themed game. The challenge and puzzles were very deep and complicated. My wife and I and our 3 kids (18, 17, 11) solved it with 6 minutes left and using 2 clues. We still felt lost at the halfway point but started putting things together soon after. But even when you start to get going, there is still so much to solve. We loved the whole experience. Friendly staff, great challenge story, clean and crisp all around.
