Great experience with the Jeep off Los Angeles. Scheduled pickup was not met because previous renter hadnt returned vehicle and so i had to wait an extra 2 hours. They went above and beyond to compensate me, including returning me 1 full day of payment and they didnt charge me for a few of the ammenities like bedding kit and canopy shade. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Escape!
We rented the maverick for 5 days out of Orlando and could not have been more happy!!! The price is amazing, customer service was amazing and the van was just what we needed for our everglades trip. Richard went above and beyond helping us with everything. The company was also very covid aware, including masks and extra cleaning. Only recommendation we have for future customers is to purchase a florida sunpass before your trip and have it mailed to you and bring it with you. We booked our Escape Camper van in Orlando. The office is difficult to find and tiny but we had an excellent experience. Richard communicated with us ahead of our reservation and was very helpful with extras we definitely needed for a comfortable experience. He also had great local tips, and nearby scenic drives for our last minute adventure. We definitely recommend the experience!! It’s a fantastic last minute pandemic getaway idea.
We just got back from our first Campervan vacation and loved it! We rented a Maverick van from Escape Campervans for the two of us and it was perfect, not too big, but big enough to accommodate us for a week. We are from the midwest, but wanted to escape winter for a while. We rented out of Miami and drove to the the Florida Keys, then up through the everglades and checked out Marco Island and Sanibel Island.
