The place is nice, but the service is horrible. The manager had really have not taking initiative to fix the problem when customer waiting more than 1520 minute. They just say we don’t know how to fix it so hopefully when people come to escape 360 give yourself extra time, bad experience

Experienced terrible customer service at this location. Previously never had a problem with an order. Requested them to change a sandwich and they were very uncooperative.
Awesome food, awesome service. All the PRs(Simran, olha and Sarah) were super cool. I had questions about the menu but they helped me out and i was able to decide what i want. 🫡🫡
