I be visited Escape 360 in Carrollton Tx, their very crowded, but the food was worth waiting for. They served different textures of rice with their dishes. I recently visited Escape 360 in McKinney their rice I found it to be too sticky almost gummy, the shrimp dish was too sweet, the chef in Carrollton is a much better chef than the one in McKinney.

Very disappointing experience. The lack of proper hygiene and basic food safety practices is honestly concerning. From what I’ve seen, some employees don’t seem to follow even the basic sanitation rules that anyone working in food service should know. On top of that, the wait times are ridiculous, and on several occasions we experienced stomach issues after eating here. I can’t say for certain what caused them, but combined with the poor hygiene practices, it’s enough to make me not want to return.

Honestly some of the best food I've had in a long time, very flavorful even the fruit were top notch. I give it a 5 star for the food and taste, however, I do not like the mandatory service charge. Especially when you order completely on your phone and your only interaction with staff are being seated, and handed what you ordered.

I've tried many items from their menu and haven't been disappointed once. The staff are all friendly. I would definitely recommend!
