I recently visited this store. Big kudos to the manager, Steve, for making my visit extra special with his awesome customer service. As soon as I walked in, Steve gave me the warmest welcome. I told him about my not-so-great experience with the Keen hiking boots I bought last year – the rubber came off after just a few hikes. But Steve totally had my back! I have purchased Keen walking shoes at Escape2 South Wharf previously. Great shoes. Recently in store looking for Sandals for an overseas trip shortly. Steve, Manager, is one of the more professional customer service people I have dealt with anywhere. Knows his product & the Sandals I wanted weren’t in stock for my size. No trouble, posted/delivered within 2 weeks of visiting store. Highly recommend the Keen product & customer service which is 2nd to none. Thank you 👍
Great prices on Keen shoes. 3/4 of my pairs have been great, the one that fell apart a bit early was replaced no fuss under warranty. Didn't have stock of the same model but they let me pick from anything else in store, and even refunded the difference after I chose a cheaper model. Friendly staff. Thanks
