I went to escanaba hearing to purchase a new set of hearing aids and I couldn’t have been happier. The amazing customer service started as I walked in the door. The receptionist knows everyone by their first name. The audiologist was professional and was very knowledgeable about my hearing loss and hearing aids in general. I priced around and their price was the best in the area. I read the other comment and I can imagine it was a misunderstanding. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would love to speak to the owner. She ordered aids then didn't know how to set them. After two trips for adjustments I was told "there is nothing more we can do, go somewhere else". What? Unprofessional. I called aid company who informed me she set them up wrong and referred me elsewhere. Save your time and money, don't go here!
