Rude front office staff will hang up on you when you ask if they are in network with your insurance. Train your staff to do better.
Kind and helpful staff, very thorough eye exams. There were some issues with the glasses I ordered, so they sent them back and had them fixed in just a few days.
My appointment with Lori Krieger, O.D. went very smoothly. The office is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and she was knowledgeable, thorough and personable. Highly recommend.
The doctor and her staff did an excellent job. They were patient with me and cared about my needs, concerns and questions. The doctor did an excellent job on my prescription. I see a lot better now, in comparison to my old glasses. I’m a very satisfied customer.
