I got my haircut here yesterday & it's not that the cut itself was terrible It’s the fact that I witnessed the stylist use the same clippers and Scissors on four different people without a single wash, rinse or sanitation. I cannot stop thinking about how unsanitary this was, and I’m actually very disgusted that I proceeded to get my hair cut after the first person came through. After being treated poorly with the other hair dresser location in the mall, escada welcomed us with open arms and were friendly, sweet, and way more professional. My kids hair looks amazing! This is my new recommendation. Great jobs ladies!!!
AMAZING experience! The salon staff Nadiya was very welcoming and accommodating, even when the mall was closing in 30 mins. Her patience and skill resulted in a PERFECT haircut. Highly recommend for their flexibility and exceptional service. Nadia's attention to detail and patience resulted in a flawless haircut. Service was top-notch, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
I was sent home with super hot roots .. not cute 🥲 and my stylist didn’t cross check her work on my cut so the cut is uneven too. 200$ down the drain. The stylist was scrubbing and pulling at my hair so bad I thought I was going to have bald spots. Didn’t seem educated in color at all waste of money
