I had work done in my basement and told Brad to stay out of the upstairs primary bedroom while I stepped away. While I was away, he went throughout the whole house including the bedroom I told him to stay out of without any warning, knocking, or permission. He did exactly what I told him not to. I will never use his services again.

We have called on Ellmann Service Company several times for dishwasher leaks, faucet installation, toilet work, and a problem with a pressurized tank, and we've always been happy and satisfied with their work. Brad is very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to help and explain the situation, and we are grateful that we can rely on him.

We absolutely loved working with Brad. He did an excellent job. He was also a pleasure to work with. He did bath, sink, toilet - a whole bathroom update. We're very happy with result. He has a great eye for details. Sweet can-do attitude. 100% comfortable having him in our home with me and our young child for a few days. Highly recommend.
