Beautiful rug. Great quality.
Unfortunately, I ordered incorrect size and color, and thought the return process would be a hassle. It was not. Both representatives I spoke with were courteous kind and efficient. Meredith particularly. And the quality of the rug seemed excellent for the price I was paying. I will definitely order from rugs.com again.

I’ve been a long time customer with Esalerugs.com and was satisfied except for this time. The 3 rugs I received were not the ½ inch pile height as advertised on the rug description pages. The tag on the back of the rugs say 8mm….which is about 1/3 of an inch. I wrote customer services and it was suggested that I use a ruler to verify the pile height…..and was offered a $30 refund, or full return.
