I’ve been a long time customer with Esalerugs.com and was satisfied except for this time. The 3 rugs I received were not the ½ inch pile height as advertised on the rug description pages. The tag on the back of the rugs say 8mm….which is about 1/3 of an inch. I wrote customer services and it was suggested that I use a ruler to verify the pile height…..and was offered a $30 refund, or full return. Ordered 10" x 14" Blue Isabella, dye lots differ, coloring goes from dark to light. Spoke with customer service, received a 125.00 refund, which I'm happy with.
